All sales made on Nheik.com are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection by the customer
Compatibility issues
Buyer’s remorse
2. Exceptions — Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:
The item arrived broken or damaged
The item received was incorrect
The item is defective due to a manufacturing issue
3. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photo or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Requests submitted without proof or outside the 7-day window may be denied.
4. Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
A replacement item
A store credit
A refund to the original payment method
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, without exception, unless required by law.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated claims.
